• Flat rate of RM5 for West Malaysia & RM10 for East Malaysia.
• Free Delivery on orders over RM50 in West Malaysia & RM80 in East Malaysia

Shipping Policy

At podla, we are committed to have your order packed, processed and dispatched to courier services on the day after you place your order; unless it falls on public holidays where the courier services do not operate, it will be fulfilled on the next working day.

When your parcel is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where your shipping address and particularly over peak seasons e.g. 11.11 season.

Typical delivery times after dispatch:

• West Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days
• East Malaysia: 3 to 10 working days 

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

PACKAGING

In line with our brand ethos of "use more with less", we try to minimise waste and reduce our impact on the environment when it comes to packaging. Most of our packaging materials are paper based and plastic free, or up-cycled and reused. The boxes that you receive might have already been used before; that would otherwise end up in the recycling centre. 

If you are wondering why we do not always use bubble wrap, we believe our products (even the glass bottles and the pods) are strong enough to withstand shipping. We wrap our glass bottles with honeycomb paper. We use up-cycled bubble wrap if we happen to have some.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days from the invoice date and we will be happy to offer you the full refund of the item(s).
